Excellent staff, friendly, professional and efficient. Great customer service, breakfast was amazing and dining room staff was outstanding. Special kudos to reception staff who was always available to answer questions, provide accurate information and directions Many thanks to Mustafa, Erol, Bushra and Hussain whose friendly and smiling faces were there to greet you at the reception House keeping was great and polite. Porters at front reception ready to go above and beyond to help you out

I would first like to praise all the staff at Kent Hotel, especially Engin, Dogukon, Ibrahim and front office manager Huseyin. I hope I remembered their names correctly. They were very patient and did their best to help in every way possible. The hotel is in an excellent location, very clean, with towels and bed linen changed daily. The breakfast is excellent, and I have attached some photos.

perfect location since it is located in the old city area,shopping and restaurants near; close to the grand bazaar,hagia sophia,sultanahmet blue mosque,sirkeci restaurants area ; yet it is located near the metro joint,in the very heart of Istanbul,you can acces every city part from this location via public transportation .

The buffet breakfast was plentiful with a broad variety of hot and cold foods. Staff were polite, attentive and helpful. Our room was nicely furnished. The location was excellent, easy to walk or catch the tram to historic locations, restaurants.

Perfect location on the metro transport route. Hotel staff were fantastic, helpful, warm and friendly and always ready for service. Breakfast was very good with a good selection everyday.
